After a second exhibition at Kabusa art gallery, I have now taken the step into a new space that will be my new studio and gallery, as well as my husband's office.
After struggling with three floods at the old location, I decided to leave it behind.
In July, we had the opportunity to move into the old fire station, and after seven weeks of intense renovation, I am now ready for more exhibitions and courses.
To be honest, It has been a challenging time. Life's setbacks have left their mark, and I have realized that the older I get, the more I want to create something meaningful.
In the past two weeks, I have been working intensively to create an 8-week course. It is a combination of art therapy, my life experiences, and some other exciting elements. It is aimed at people who need time for recovery or who may just be curious to open up their artistic side. I will work individually to ensure that each person taking the course gets the most out of it.
The course will consist of 8 sessions, each lasting about 3 hours and 15 minutes. In total, it is 26 hours including materials and refreshments.
I have also finally put together the book that summarizes my years as an artist and the events that have shaped my life. The book is about 170 pages, but since I am not completely finished, the final result will probably be around 200 pages mixed with art and my history.
I am really looking forward to sharing my thoughts and experiences with you! Come and visit me in the new space where creativity will flow.
Warmly welcome!
